Professional podcast editing, mixing, mastering, and consultation for creators and organizations who care about how they sound.
Let's TalkTight, transparent edits that clean up the room without cleaning out the personality. Pacing, flow, and filler removal, handled with care.
Balancing multiple tracks, handling noise, EQ, dynamics, and room, until everything sits together the way it should.
Loudness-standard delivery for every platform. Your finished show, ready to distribute: compliant, consistent, and clear.
Gear selection, workflow setup, sonic branding. If it touches the sound of your show, I can help you think it through.
A sample of the organizations and shows I've had the privilege of working with.
I'm Seven Morris, a freelance podcast audio engineer based in the Bay Area, with over a decade of work helping organizations, brands, and independent creators sound like they mean it.
My path into audio wasn't through music school. It was through electronics, technical support, and operations, fields that rewarded precision, systematic troubleshooting, and a genuine intolerance for things that don't work right. That's the approach I bring to audio: methodical, tools-first, and focused on what the listener actually hears.
I work across the full production lifecycle: from helping a new show figure out their gear and workflow, to delivering broadcast-standard masters for established clients with thousands of subscribers. The work is the same either way: get in there, do it right, and deliver something clean.
When the right tool didn't exist, I built it. WaxOn/WaxOff (free macOS app) is I developed for podcast audio prep and final loudness normalization, the same workflow I use on client work, packaged up for anyone who needs it.
Got a show that needs work? Starting something new and not sure where to begin? Send me a note. I'm happy to talk through it.
